Medlock Partners are proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in the education sector to recruit a dedicated HR Assistant.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR operations within a dynamic, values-driven environment. The position involves supporting sites across the region, offering a mix of HR administrative tasks and advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining accurate employee records and processing data efficiently.
Manage recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new staff members.
Support the implementation and management of HR systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Monitor and assist with pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS clearance and reference collection.
Oversee absence management and maintain accurate records for payroll and performance tracking.
Assist in delivering HR training and workshops to promote best practices. Key Requirements for the HR Assistant:
HR administration experience and familiarity with HR systems.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Knowledge of employment law and safer recruitment practices is advantageous. What’s on Offer?
