Learner Recruitment Consultant (LRC)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, (37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am – 4:30 pm)
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 pa, (depending on experience & qualifications)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learner Recruitment Consultant (LRC) based in our Walsall/Cannock centre.
Nova Training is one of the UK’s most popular and experienced training providers operating for over 30 years in Study Programmes and Apprenticeships. Nova now operates its 14-24 provision from 13 locations located across the West Midlands and East of England.
Our programme delivery now includes; 16-18 study programmes, pre-apprenticeships, provision for learners with high needs, apprenticeships and 14-16 alternative provision.
Rated as Good by Ofsted in all areas of provision for offering a variety of education options to young people.
As a LRC you will be required to support the business through the development of strong relationships with employers. Increase opportunities for learners to gain high quality work experience placements and Apprenticeship opportunities. To support and assist the effective delivery of Study Programmes, Traineeships, High Needs and Apprenticeships provision. The key measure of success in the role will be against the achievement of company and contractual KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
Support with localised marketing activities and events as required.
Conduct a full interview to fully gauge the applicants career aspirations, barriers to learning and prior attainment and ensure these are recorded in detail.
Liaise with Parents/Carers and support/referral services as appropriate to ensure they understand the programme content that they are referring to.
Liaise with the Employer Recruitment Service to ensure candidates are appropriately matched to Apprenticeship and Traineeship vacancies where applicable.
Ensure regular contact with any assigned LA’s and referral partners to ensure an ongoing flow of referrals to the services.
Provide high quality IAG to learners to ensure they fully understand the range of services delivered by the company, the role they play in training and any grants or funding available to them Requirements:
Relevant, successful experience within a sales/IAG orientated business to customer environment.
Ability achieve personal targets and high productivity
Experience of successfully managing own performance against stringent and challenging targets.
Good organisational and administrative skills
An exceptional ability to engage and communicate with learners of differing ages Full, clean UK Driving License
