About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside talented chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes for executives and clients. You'll play an important part in delivering a refined culinary experience, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily food preparation and menu planning
* Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and techniques to the table
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
* Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient use of ingredients
