Our Client based in Central London are currently seeking a Fund Management Contracts Manager to take ownership of a critical Fund Management Contract. The successful candidate will actively manage the existing contract, develop a robust performance monitoring framework, and contribute to the creation of the specification for a future contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contracts Manager to join a local authority for approx 6 months on an ongoing hybrid role offering up £406 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the current Fund Management Contract with a value of up to £1m.
Establish and implement a robust system for performance monitoring.
Review the existing contract and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Draft and contribute to the specification for the upcoming contract.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Oversee and resolve contract disputes effectively.
Monitor and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of contract terms and conditions.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Expertise in risk management and financial analysis.
Effective conflict and dispute resolution capabilities.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
Experience managing large contracts with a value up to £1m.
Examples of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Evidence of successful KPI management within contracts you've overseen.
