At eXPD8, we're expanding the team and we've got a fantastic new opportunity within our Client Services team as an Account Handler.
About the role:
You'll be the guardian of the account, driving the most effective methods of delivering the client's requirements and building briefs to bring their activities to life for our merchandisers to action in retail stores.
We work within some of the largest retailers across the UK including ASDA, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tesco, working on behalf of some household names to ensure their displays are exactly how they designed them.
This is a hybrid role, so you'll be partially based in our Bristol Head Office for 2 days a week and at home for 3 days a week.
Please note, we refer to the Junior Account Manager as an Account Handler internally.
How you'll deliver excellence:
Account Management
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues.
* Support with identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
* Attend, support and input to regular client review meetings.
Reporting
* Create bespoke reports for the client, regularly reviewing to ensure the project is running smoothly.
Stakeholder Management
* Write detailed instructions for our field merchandisers to ensure they can effectively deliver our client's vision.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services, working collaboratively to troubleshoot when needed.
What makes you excellent:
* Well organised and able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong inquisitive brain, using data to tell the story.
* A natural finisher who doesn't leave things to the last minute.
* Interest in retail and the inner workings of how best to get instore displays looking great.
* Confident in picking up the phone and talking to clients to really uncover what they need.
* We'd love you to have MS Excel Skills like PivotTables, VLOOKUP or Index/Match but if you don't, that's OK, because we are going to teach you!
* Previous work experience with UK clients.
* Able to commute to Bristol as required.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
