Hybrid working (2 days office 3 days home)
Working in a smart office location, you will be a key team member providing administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Monitor, coach, and mentor colleagues in a supportive manner.
* Handle customer inquiries with excellent telephone communication.
Qualifications:
* Asset Finance experience.
* Demonstrably very good administration skills.
* Proven attention to detail, numerate, and consistently accurate.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Strong IT ability in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
* Ability to work well as a team member across the business and with customers/third parties.
* Assertiveness in dealing with difficult situations.
* Willingness to learn and undergo training if required.
* Resilient with a good sense of humour!
