We are now looking for a Service Sales Account Manager – Thermal to join our team in London- UK. JOB SUMMARY This role will be responsible for the delivery of the company’s sales strategy and programs within Vertiv Infrastructure Limited, for our Thermal Management Service Sales Business. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS To identify and secure new customer time & material works within the Thermal Management side of the business, by promoting Vertiv Infrastructure Limited products and services. Meet and exceed your annual financial orders targets. To develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of Vertiv Infrastructure Limited abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities. Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters. Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all works are administered as per the current issued Service Sales Procedures. Develop integration and co-operation between all sales divisions within Vertiv Infrastructure Limited. Operate, comply and support company procedures. Negotiate price with preferred subcontractors. Report and forecast orders weekly and monthly. Ensure all works sold are managed affectively within budget and in a timely manner. Attend professional organization meetings to support continuing relationships and obtain new business. Annalise market for new applications. Assist with the development of spares sales. Ensure all opportunities are logged on CRM correctly, update your leads weekly. Develop new business opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE Must have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Air Conditioning/Monitoring side of the business. Good engineering experience is essential. Understand business-critical applications. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills. Computer Literate. Good presentation skills both internal and external. Understanding of the UK market Good negotiating skills and the ability to meet and professionally communicate with customers. Ideally a Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience, with the ability to negotiate and close deals. (Management Discretion). Valid Driving Licence. Self Disciplined and Motivated. HNC/HND or equivalent (Management Discretion). Must always be organised and motivated. Strong communication capabilities. Ability to prioritise.
