Job Title: Part Time Finance Assistant
Salary: £11,559.60 (£22,477 full time equivalent)
Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible over 3 days)
Location: Solihull
Duration: 12 month permanent contract
Description:
A well established and successful Charity is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Officer and Finance Manager with bookkeeping and administrative duties including inputting onto Sage of invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash and journals on a part time basis.
Additional duties to include maintaining timesheets, staff sickness and holiday records.
The role would ideally suit an enthusiastic, flexible and organised individual wanting to provide valuable support to this important local charity.
Key Duties:
Input receipts, payments, purchase invoices and journals on to Sage
Maintain and review staff timesheets
Maintain staff sickness and holiday entitlement records
Check and analyse shop daily/weekly returns
Prepare staff and volunteer expenses for payment
Analyse petty cash expenditure and input on to Sage
Bank payments received
Undertake such other duties as the organisation may reasonably require
