This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Administror to join EMCOR UK's central L&D function providing administration support to the L&D Functions.
Job Purpose:Working with the L&D team to provide administration and coordinator resource to the L&D function for business skills, management and leadership and cleaning staff. Ensuring colleagues across the business are fully aware of L&D initiatives and opportunities; coordinating, monitoring and evaluating business and soft skills training courses and personal development activities in accordance with EMCOR UK’s learning and development and business strategies. Monitoring and updating the business online learning management system to ensure module content meets business requirements.
