McMurtry Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Hypercar Division. This role demands a results-driven professional with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and secure sales with (Ultra-)High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), within the exclusive hypercar market.
Responsibilities:
* Drive direct-to-customer hypercar sales for regions not covered by our dealerships
* Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with UHNWI clients, delivering an exceptional, personalized experience
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating a tenacious approach to outreach
* Employ a consultative sales style, prioritizing client needs and building trust through empathy and understanding
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, exhibiting a strong ability to close high-value transactions
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of McMurtry's hypercar technology and performance attributes
Requirements:
* Significant experience in sales to UHNWIs
* Experience in the high-end automotive sector, ideally with hypercars
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-profile clients
* A proven track record of successfully closing high-value sales
