Full job description
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, great leadership skills, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service while driving the restaurant's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow across all areas of the restaurant.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
3. Manage budgets, stock inventory, and costs effectively to maximize profitability.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize menu offerings, service efficiency, and special offers.
7. Build a positive working environment and promote teamwork and staff initiative.
8. Work with General Manager to monitor and manage staff scheduling and labor costs.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
4. Financial acumen, including budgeting, staff costs, P&L, and inventory management.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
