About the Role
As an Electronics Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Product Assurance Equipment Engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining equipment quality planning documentation, ensuring compliance with Electronic Engineering BMS procedures, and managing product non-conformance.
You will also participate in engineering process improvement, facilitate local flash audits, and plan quality-focused micro-training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review, contribute, and maintain equipment quality planning documentation
* Ensure compliance to Electronic Engineering BMS procedures
* Manage product non-conformance, including facilitating implementation of non-conformance processes and supporting design and manufacturing defect investigations
* Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate quality risks and issues
* Participate in engineering process improvement and facilitate local flash audits
* Plan and facilitate quality-focused micro-training sessions
About You
We are looking for an experienced quality professional with a proven track record in Quality Assurance. Ideally, you will have a minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or considerable previous experience in a related role.
You should possess strong analytical skills, ability to run reports in Excel, use SAP QM system, and document management tools. Continuous improvement awareness and ability to use your own initiative to deliver improvements are also essential.
