Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Sales and purchase ledger using Xero accounts package.
Experienced in accounting package XERO
AAT Level 2 / 3 preferred
· Prepare and monitor sales & purchase ledger
. Prepare and monitor aged receivables and aged debtors
· Produce weekly engineers time sheets on excel. (Full training will be given)
· Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports P&L, Balance Sheet etc
. Develop and maintain an accounts filing system
Microsoft Office / Excel knowledge a must.
Assist in various office administrative duties such as:
. Produce site health & safety documents / RAMS (Full training will be given)
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Maintain customer contact lists
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, email's and forms
· Order office supplies
· Book travel arrangements
· Provide information by answering questions and requests
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems
· Reply to email, telephone enquiries
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Resolve administrative problems
· Receive, sort and distribute the mail
· Greet and assist visitors to the office
· Hours of work 5 Days per week 8.am. to 16.30pm
· Salary dependent on age and experience.

Salary: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00
