RM Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a growing and dynamic business based in Redditch, who are seeking a confident and experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join their finance team on a full-time temporary basis for 2–6 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in accounts receivable and credit control to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and maintaining the sales ledger
* Raising invoices and credit notes
* Chasing outstanding payments and managing debtor accounts
* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
* Assisting with month-end procedures
* Liaising with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth financial operations
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams
