Wraparound Childcare Opportunities – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company
Location: High Wych, CM21 0JB
Hours: Breakfast Club (7:30-9am) and After School Club (3-6pm)
Salary: £10-£14 per hour (depending on role, experience and qualifications)
We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK who are looking to grow their team in the Hertfordshire area due to new provisions starting in January 2025.
This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and they are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activity, and someone who can inspire the generation of children!

Club Manager
Activity Leader
Play Worker
Sports Coach
Childcare Assistant

- A Passion for Working with Children - are you someone who strives to provide inclusive, fun, and engaging provision for the children in your care, while inspiring them to explore their interests?
- Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills - you will be assisting with the planning and delivery of activities with structure and enthusiasm, which includes a wide range of activities such as multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Responsibility and Reliability - the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care will be your responsibility and all team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including completing Accident and Incident Forms and Health & Safety checks as needed, and the children and families also benefit from consistently reliable staff.
- Communication and Engagement - all staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis. You will be a representative of the organisation's brand so it's key to always be a pleasure to be around.
