Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a IT Support Assistant to join the Information Technology Support team based at Gloucestershire College.
The purpose of this role is to support both students and staff in the use of IT equipment including, troubleshooting hardware and software faults along with installations and maintenance, including routine checks of IT equipment in teaching rooms.
Supporting the IT provision across our campuses in Gloucestershire, we are a team of circa 14 with experience in all aspects of ICT. You will be part of this team and contribute to supporting the College and its many staff/students, while learning new technologies and gaining valuable experience.
This is a varied role and you will be expected to provide a professional and friendly service to both internal and external customers. You will deal with customers face to face, on the telephone and through electronic enquiries
