SEN Teacher / ECT - Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with a range of special educational needs
* Work collaboratively with the SENCo, teaching assistants, and wider staff to create and implement individual learning plans
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs
* Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and carers
* Contribute to students' social, emotional, and academic development
SEN Teacher / ECT - What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT on track to qualify by summer 2025
* Experience working with students with SEN, either in a teaching or support role
* A degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related subject
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to teaching
* A genuine commitment to inclusion and student success
