Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Bracknell/Runnymede/Chertsey/Staines Area
Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Performance Bonus (discussed at interview)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting: Compile weekly updates and monthly progress reports for Senior Managers and stakeholders.
* Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards through audits and regular assessments.
* Project Planning: Develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Resource Management: Allocate and manage labour and subcontractors efficiently.
* Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to constraints.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards.
* Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination.
* Documentation: Ensure accurate project documentation and regular status updates for stakeholders.
* Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance.
