The Role We are looking for an experienced Shift Duty Manager to successfully lead and manage a night shift Security team. The role will be fully responsible for all eventualities during each shift, ensuring the security operations are delivered consistently to the highest standard, guaranteeing a quality customer experience, compliance, and assurance for senior management. Your day-to-day Dynamic team management - you'll be managing Supervisors and Security Guards at all three of our sites - Emirates Stadium, Hale End and Sobha Realty Training Centre Maintain internal controls and compliance - you will be leading on fire alarm activations, evacuations, and crisis response, supporting Security senior management with readiness and contingency plans Ensure seamless system operation - you'll be responsible for the operation of the integrated security systems such as access control, MyTag, CCTV, and the fire alarm systems Risk mitigation and management - you will be anticipating potential issues and reducing risk, proposing enhancements and improvements to policies and procedures Deliver operational excellence - you will be preparing and overseeing the major event operation on Queensland Road and stadium car park Strive for continuous improvement - you'll be implementing change processes to optimise security protocols and procedures, executing the latest trends, best practice, and the role out of new technology Drive your teams development - you will be responsible for the motivation and development of team members Please Note: This role could also require a nightshift working pattern and will involve working some event day hours. What we are looking for Proven background in security - you come with a strong understanding of security principles and practices and a familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards Track record in people management roles - you have excellent leadership and management skills, with a experience in leading and motivating a diverse security team Confident security technologies skills - you have worked with systems such as incident management software, access control systems, fire panels and CCTV surveillance as well as other security-related equipment Strong communicator - you are experience in delivering training, updating, and promoting new techniques and methods relevant to Security operations Innovative thinker - you have demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs Proactive problem solving mindset - you are experienced in leading on managing incidents and emergency situations Hold relevant licences - you have an SIA door supervisor licence and SIA CCTV licence, which includes a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check Completed training - Training in counter terrorism such as ACT and completed various See, Check and Notify (SCaN) modules (Desirable) Why choose us At Arsenal, we want everyone to feel a sense of trust and belonging, so we are proud of both our club values and also what we offer to our employees.
