Job Description
Wildfire Experience Agency is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative to help us grow our venue, agency and direct corporate sales. This individual will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our Account Managers and supporting the Sales Teams with following up customer leads and working on projects.
Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative will be based at our head office in Sheffield. The person in this role will either have some sales experience or be eager to learn and develop their sales skills at Wildfire. Working closely with the Sales Manager this individual will form close relationships and engage in conversations with venues, direct corporates and agents to generate sales opportunities for the Sales Team
Objectives of this role
* Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
* Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Managers in next steps
* Work with Marketing to follow up on specific campaigns we are running.
Responsibilities
* Utilize Hubspot, cold calls, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
* Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
* Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
* Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Managers
* Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Required skills and qualifications
* Strong communication skills via phone and email
* A higher-than-average competency in the use of Microsoft and G Suite
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator
* Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
* High energy self-starter who can learn quickly and quickly engage clients
* Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred skills and qualifications
* Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
* Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
