The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students who face behavioural challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one mentoring, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
* Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring to students with behavioural needs.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create individual behaviour plans.
* Monitor and report on students' progress and behaviour.
* Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes respect and learning.
Requirements
* A strong passion for supporting students' behavioural and emotional needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to make positive changes.
* Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is a plus.
* Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
