We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our newly established Able to Pay Solar Division, with exciting opportunities to expand your expertise into other renewable energy technologies. This role offers a clear path to increased earning potential through a combination of base salary, bonuses, and commissions, plus the chance to diversify into the sales of energy efficiency solutions.
About the Role:
As a key player in our dynamic team, you will report directly to the Head of Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to close sales, delivering leads to the operations team for seamless Solar PV installations. You will be set clear targets and KPIs, and be financially rewarded for achieving and exceeding them.
What We Offer:
1. High earning potential, with a base salary of up to £40,000, plus bonus and commission opportunities with an OTE of c£90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the growth of our Able to Pay division and explore new revenue streams in energy efficiency, enhancing your earning potential.
2. Ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly to boost sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate closely with our operations team to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience from sale to installation.
4. Provide training support to our operations team to deepen their product knowledge and help drive business success.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in Solar PV sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Expertise in a high-performance sales environment.
3. Familiarity with a variety of renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps, insulation, and energy-efficient systems.
4. Strong digital skills, particularly with Google platforms and Microsoft tools like Excel.
