Join Our Team as a Technical Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to spearhead projects in advanced analytics, real-time data monitoring, and intelligent decision-making.
The Smart Services team comprises professionals across various disciplines committed to delivering innovative ATM monitoring and repair systems and deriving insights from a global IoT ATM network.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will also contribute to solution innovation and continuous improvement, design and develop high-quality, object-oriented, testable environments for data processing and analysis, and promote Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to solution innovation and continuous improvement.
* Design and develop high-quality, object-oriented, testable environments for data processing and analysis.
* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Promote Agile practices, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and maintain documentation.
* Collaborate with Corporate IT partners.
* Stay updated with AI and Azure developments to enhance predictive maintenance capabilities.
* Monitoring performance of Smart Services programs identifying issues and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.
* Software development experience.
* Team leading/project management experience.
Required Skills:
* Leadership and project management with excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Agile development methodologies and Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma Lean principles.
* Knowledge of software development standards, protocols, architecture styles, and APIs.
* Experience in AI algorithm development and Azure cloud services.
* Familiarity with XFS platform/NCR ATLEOS software.
* Experience in Hardware Predictive Maintenance/service environment.
