What You’ll Do:
• Enhance learner’s employability skills and preparation for work experience through engagement in workshops and learning platforms.
• Coordinate the completion of learner profiles with curriculum colleagues prior to a placement.
• Build and manage external relationships involving employers, partners and the wider business community increasing knowledge and potential referral opportunities.
• Conduct reviews with learners whilst on placement a agreed intervals with the Work Placement Team Leader.
Who We're Looking For:
• Recent experience of working in a customer service facing environment
• Pro-active project planning
• Experience of maintaining confidential, clear and accurate records
• Ability to remain objective and deal effectively with difficult and challenging situations
• Level 3 qualification in relevant subject area
• Minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or other Level 2 equivalent qualifications
