Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a client based in the Watford area who are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone who has strong administration experience, a candidate that is comfortable with using Excel, as well as someone who enjoys working within a smaller team environment. This position will be office based in Watford, but will require occasional travel to Stevenage so the successful candidate will need to be a driver.
Salary - £27,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Some of the duties will include:
Providing all round administrative support to other team members
Meeting visitors at the Watford site, ensuring they follow H&S requirements whilst on site
Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
Organise and maintain staff diaries
Helping to coordinate and prepare for meetings
Dealing with correspondence on behalf of the Directors
Ensuring good communication across the organisation
Ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Providing support across the business as required
Keeping the office environment tidy
The suitable candidate:
Strong administration skills with previous experience in a similar position
Great communication skills across all levels
Highly organised with a good attention to detail
Ability to work with independently
Ability to work towards deadlines
Happy to be office based
Must drive due to occasional travel to Stevenage
