The organisation provides Short Breaks and Alternative Provisions for children who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream or special schools due to their behavior or health conditions preventing them from attending school for some time.

The organisation is looking for a full-time/ part-time Personal Assistant permanent to join its team as soon as possible.
The role offers excellent support from a dedicated team of Personal Assistants, and you will be responsible for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for the children.
The Ideal Candidate:
* should be a confident PA with experience in supporting SEND children, preferably with previous special school or alternative provision experience.
* A passion for Special Educational Needs and supporting children with barriers to learning is essential.
* Richmond House offers competitive rates depending on experience, skills, and competency, along with permanent contracts for both part-time and full-time positions.
* The location of the role is in Scunthorpe, and the organisation provides ongoing free training and development opportunities, as well as progression opportunities within the organisation.
To be eligible, you must hold the right to work in the UK, an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application and provide professional-related references.
