Location:Edenbridge TN8 5NG
Salary:35000 car bonus OTE 66000
Full Time andPermanent role will involve working regular weekends
Monday Saturday8.30am6.00pm with one day off in the week and working 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00am4.00pm
Our client is anautomotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands they have atotal of 30 businesses providing sales service and accident repairservices across Sussex Surrey Kent andHampshire.
Establishedsince 1931 they are a successful and progressive third generationfamily owned business.
They are nowactively looking to recruit for a Transaction Manager for theirpremium and luxury dealership inEdenbridge.
The role of Transaction Manager is toachieve profit targets with the sales team whilst ensuring that thecompanies sales processes are followed and customer satisfactionobjectives aremet.
KeyResponsibilities and Dutiesinclude:
* Distributingand managing salesleads
* Meetingcustomers at the negotiation stage of the salesprocess
* Producingfinance quotes andproposals
* Partexchangeappraisals andvaluations
* Assistingthe sales team with closingdeals
* Reviewingsales team activity and follow ups
* Mentoringand developing the salesteam
* Aim toachieve 100% customer referral with sales executiveinteraction
* Analysecurrent procedures and identify opportunities forimprovement
* Assistthe management team in planning forecasting trends and revisingplans for the dealership on an ongoingbasis
A proventrack record in the vehicle sales environment is essential alongwith excellent customer communication skills. This is the idealrole for a Senior Sales Executive to take their first step intoSales Management or someone who has previously held the position ofeither Transaction Manager or Business Manager. A strongunderstanding of finance suppliers and packages is essential alongwith excellent negotiation skills and a full and valid drivinglicence.
