Location: Hybrid (mix of remote and in-office work in Alcester)
Contract Duration: 4 weeks minimum
Hourly Rate: £17 - £19 per hour
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? We are looking for a Temporary Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and provide expert support for a 4-week assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
* Support managers in the handling of investigations, hearings, and outcomes
* Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices
* Manage employee queries and provide general HR support as required
* Maintain accurate records of all ER casework and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR advisory role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
