Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated, dynamic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank, who will complement our current experienced and specialist workforce, who are passionate about providing optimal care for our patients.
Main duties of the job
Our Trust is looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience in a Hospital, Residential or Care home setting, who are able to work effectively in a variety of different wards and departments and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be committed to demonstrating our Trust’s CARE values.

Person specification
Training & Qualifications
* Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
* Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
* The Care Certificate
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social Care or working towards an award
* ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English not first language)
Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in a public-facing/customer care role or environment
* A minimum of 12 months care experience
* Previous experience in a Health/Health and Social Care role
* Previous NHS experience / Understanding of NHS/Social care systems
Skills & Ability
* Good written and verbal communication in the English language
