We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses with excellent values to support adults with complex needs in a secure care setting.
You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and possess the ability to lead the team while adapting to changing situations. We currently have 3 band 5 registered nurse opportunities within Tyne Mental Health Low Secure ward for men who present with mental health conditions and pose a significant danger to themselves or the public.
The Service offers a range of treatment programmes, which incorporate individual and group treatments based on a wide selection of needs. These specific therapies are reinforced by a consistent environmental behavioural approach, encouraging individuals to display a positive outlook with respect to themselves and those around them.
