10x Senior, Executive or Associate level Quantity Surveyors or Cost Managers. Imagine planning a weekend trek to Machu Picchu, or venturing into the depths of the Amazon rainforest. Imagine waking up in a plush apartment to the sound of waves crashing along the Pacific coastline and breathtaking ocean views. Imagine living and working in a city that offers an unbeatable lifestyle, where ancient traditions meet modern conveniences - all at a fraction of the cost you’re used to in the UK or Europe. Well, you might not have to just imagine. It could be a reality. Beyond the city, Lima serves as your gateway to Peru’s most iconic adventures, from the awe-inspiring ruins of Machu Picchu to the lush Amazon rainforest. With a lower cost of living, a thriving creative scene, and an unparalleled blend of tradition and innovation, Lima isn’t just a destination—it’s a lifestyle upgrade waiting for you to embrace. Moving to Lima means living a high-quality lifestyle without breaking the bank. For example, you could rent a stylish apartment in Miraflores or Barranco, Lima’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, for significantly less than you’d pay in London. The projects you’ll be working on serve a real, social purpose in rebuilding parts of the country that were destroyed by El Niño and as such, we are looking to find Cost Consultants / Quantity Surveyors with either rail, civils or water experience. On offer is a generous salary and a relocation allowance of £32k that is paid every year to cover your living expenses, flights home etc. What you’ll need is to be ideally chartered (MRICS), fluent in Spanish (but this isn't essential), along with strong NEC experience (ideally accredited) and have worked on projects within either rail, dams, tunnels, irrigation, flood protection, drainage or coastal erosion programmes. We will be reviewing application over the Christmas period and will be contacting candidates early in the New Year.
