We are looking for an organised and professional Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our GPs by processing patient referrals, and handling medical records. Your work will ensure smooth operations within the practice, helping to deliver excellent care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Referral Management:Complete and track patient referrals to specialists, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and follow-ups are done in a timely manner. Medical Records:Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Communication:Answer patient queries, manage correspondence, and liaise with healthcare providers. ENT Administration : Provide admin support for dedicated ENT clinics held at both sites. Requirements : Experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar Administration Role Knowledge of NHS Referral Process Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
