A bit about the job:
You’ll be working in a collaborative team primarily based in Norwich, delivering first-class legal advice and regulatory support to Aviva’s UK General Insurance and Health businesses. The role focuses on transactional work, including commercial legal advice to drive forward Aviva’s growth agenda and support its GI (General Insurance) and Health portfolio.
You’ll also have the chance to work across a lively and strategically important area, maintaining diverse client relationships and contributing to Aviva’s overall legal function.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or law degree.
2. A desire to grow your legal career with a willingness to learn about GI and Health products and FCA regulations.
3. Negotiation experience and the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
4. Proven ability to manage workload, lead transactions, and deliver high-quality legal advice.
5. A strong commercial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
What you’ll get for this role:
1. Salary – Up to £28,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
2. Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
