What you’ll be doing
You will take responsibility for the electrical and electronic design and development of our products utilising state-of-the-art methods, technology and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build and product support.
Take responsibility for the Electrical and Electronic Engineering delivery of a variety of Electro-mechanical Systems supplied by SEA working to agreed cost, time and quality.
Seek and share good practice and knowledge locally to continuously improve own practices.
Support and facilitate reviews and approvals of electrical & electronic designs in accordance with business and industry standards.
Provide input to Company standards pertaining to Electrical and Electronic Engineering including calculations, CAD models, manufacturing drawings & schematics and technical reports.
Support SEA products through manufacturing, assembly, installation and service life.
The skills you need
Degree within Electronics or other relevant discipline
Experience in the design and manufacture of Electrical/Electronics Systems.
Ability to follow a methodical/systematic approach to analyse and solve problems, identifying key facts and breaking down complex information to components parts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Able to produce clear and concise technical documentation
Demonstrable ability to plan and execute technical assignment
