A fantastic opportunity to lead a FTSE250 secretariat through their annual cycle and manage an amazing team for 12 months!
The role holder will:
* Lead on Board and Committee matters including agendas, minutes, annual performance review, induction procedures and ownership of key corporate governance documentation.
* Ensure the Group’s compliance with the Listing Rules
* Lead on the year end processes
* Lead and take ownership for the administration of the share incentive schemes.
* Responsible for governance and compliance matters relating to UK and overseas subsidiary entities.
