Conflicts Lead & Team Manager
Role Overview
Lead a new central conflicts team determining client/matter acceptance in line with regulatory requirements and ethical frameworks. Oversee conflict analysis while managing and developing a team of Conflict Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee conflict and sanction checks within the Intapp system
* Liaise with legal teams on conflict of interest considerations
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements
* Manage, mentor and develop a team of Conflict Analysts
* Handle complex conflict escalations and build stakeholder relationships
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in compliance and conflict of interest regulations
* Background in centralised conflicts or compliance functions preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* People management experience
* Commercial awareness with pragmatic approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining diplomacy
* Experience with Intapp Intake & Conflicts beneficial
