Plant Manager - Aerospace - Permanent - North Somerset - Highly Completive Salary A Plant Manager with extensive operational experience within the aerospace industry is required for a highly successful organisation in the North Somerset area who are a leading technological business supplying services to a number of leading Aerospace primes and tier 1\'s. As the Plant Manager you shall be responsible for the plants operational success through identifying required resources, coordinating with other departments to ensure resource availability, developing contingency plans and maintaining capacity for output. This position has a key responsibility for managing employee relations and developing skills throughout the business. The Plant Manager will be responsible for a medium - sized organisation and all equipment associated.
