Job Title: Administrative Business Partner/Executive Assistant
Location: London (1–13 St Giles High Street) - WC2H 8AG
Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office)
Duration: 6 Months contract initially.
Job Description:
* 3-5 years of direct executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Solid judgment.
Responsibilities:
* Complete core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reporting, calendar management, facilities coordination) under guidance from the executive.
* Deliver small- to medium-scale projects or events from initiation through delivery.
* Select appropriate approaches from clear or less defined options to complete assigned tasks using strong judgment and discretion with some guidance.
* Perform role with some supervision and effectively navigate ambiguity.
* Determine corrective action for risks and obstacles in projects or events with minimal assistance.
* Manage calendar using calendaring tools and techniques, understanding scheduling norms and constraints.
* Recognize and manage highly confidential information and/or situations.
* Knowledge of resources for travel planning and international traveling processes or rules (e.g., visas).
* Create accurate, clear, concise, and well-organized content that meets user needs.
