The post holder will need to troubleshoot problems in the most efficient way, and manage their workload effectively. Admin experience (keyboard skills, basic Excel, Microsoft Word & web-based resources) is essential as is being educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level. Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone and email), and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure as part of a team are essential.
