Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Medical Information Director to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 15-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).\n\nAs Director of Medical Information, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the U.S. Customer Engagement Centre. You'll steer strategy, shape operations and lead a high-performing team to deliver accurate, timely and meaningful medical information to healthcare professionals, patients and internal stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and execute a forward-thinking engagement strategy for Medical Information and Customer Information Services across the U.S\nInspire, coach and empower a diverse team of medical information professionals\nOversee contact centre operations, including quality, content strategy, training plans, regulatory compliance, system improvements and performance reporting\nLead with a vision for continuous improvement, identify ways to optimise the customer journey, streamline processes and elevate service deliveryRequirements\n\nA PharmD with substantial experience in Medical Information, Call Centre leadership or related functions within pharma or biotech.\nProven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively across global matrix structures\nSharp analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills\nPassion for improving patient and HCP engagement through innovative, compliant communication solutions\nA deep understanding of the U.S.
