Content Designer
You will be working on a key client account to make their services and information simpler, clearer and faster for their business and customers. We are seeking a content design specialist who writes high-quality, user-focused content, and has experience working as part of a large team to implement technology solutions. You will need to demonstrate your methods, a sharp focus on user needs and team collaboration. Youll need to be able to:
* Take complex language and processes and make them simple to understand.
* Make the case for user-focused design,
* Great presentation and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, edit, and optimize content for the corporate website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
* Conduct content audits and develop content strategies to improve information architecture and user experience.
* Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and adheres to best practices in web content design.
* Proven experience in using metrics and user feedback to define and improve content.
* Maintain and update content guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
* Working within UCD teams, with UX designers, researchers, UI designers.
* Experience in working with content publishing systems.
* Present and defend content design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven experience of managing relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Good years of experience in content design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on various projects.
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
