This role offers Flexible working options surrounding the core hours of 10 am -4 pm totalling 37 hours per week.
The Role:
As a Client Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners to deliver exceptional service to clients. You will assist with various administrative tasks, manage client data, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills while supporting the growth and success of both the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities for a Client Care Administrator:
* Support client onboarding, including preparing engagement documents and managing client records
* Draft communications, handle company secretarial tasks, and ensure compliance requirements are met
* Provide general administrative support, including managing calls, client mailings, and data requests
* Assist with team training and contribute to maintaining a high standard of client service
Requirements of a Client Care Administrator:
* Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication abilities and a professional, client-focused approach
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure
* Experience in a similar role and knowledge of statutory compliance (preferred but not essential)
