Our client is recruiting for a Sales & Operations Assistant to join their offices in Bromsgrove due to continued growth within the business. We are looking for someone to provide customer support with technical knowledge and advice as well as offer sales support to the sales team.
Day to Day Duties:
1. Handling customer enquiries
2. Creating quotations
3. General office duties – raising invoices
4. Managing / supporting distributors
5. Supporting the internal Business Development Manager
6. Maintain CRM, work with internal sales & marketing team
7. Monitoring goods in and out
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Ideally experience working within a technical customer service or sales role
2. Sales support or sales order processing experience
3. Strong customer service experience / account management; we are looking for a customer-focused candidate.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks
5. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing company would be a distinct advantage.
