* Good understanding of niches within softs and agri (vegetable oil, edible oil, biodiesel, biofuel, etc.).
* A modest book of clients/access (realistically only 1-200,000 in revenues transferable).
* Desire to build a broader book in a small, established, and growing agricultural futures desk.
* Business development and sales-focused with a team-oriented mentality.
