Key Responsibilities: Act as the first line of contact for HR queries, handling personal and sensitive matters with care.
Provide HR support across a range of business areas Maintain and update HR data Assist with onboarding and performance review processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
Support well-being and compliance projects Skills & Experience Required: CIPD qualified with current membership.
Relevant experience in an HR role, with solid HR database management.
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
A keen eye for detail and a talent for data analysis.
