Role Overview
The Leadership and Management Development Lead will design and deliver our client's in-house management and leadership development offer; ‘Raise the Roof’ leadership. The role will effectively empower leaders and managers at Great Places to achieve their full potential and drive organisational success.
Raise the Roof Leadership Offer is to enable leaders to:
* Strengthen their service and customer experience
* Continue to embed their brilliant basics
* Technically and behaviorally equip our leaders for the future
* Support effective management of governance and regulation (Competence and Conduct Housing Standard)
* Evidence expertise as leaders and managers and enhance credibility
* Support their continuous improvement ethos and learning culture
What you’ll be doing
* Join a well-established People Development team, promoting a learning culture across the organisation and wider learning networks.
* Evolve and deliver the Raise the Roof leadership in-house offer through the design and delivery of leadership masterclasses (face to face and online) for leaders up to Heads of Service and Directors.
* Support leaders in completing a Senior Housing and Property Management leadership qualification, coaching and mentoring employees through the programme.
* Consult with People Business Partners and Leaders/managers to identify ongoing training and development needs for mid to senior levels.
* Support the design and development of a digital learning offer focused on management and leadership capability, delivered through their learning platform.
Essential Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience leading and delivering leadership and management development interventions
* Experienced coach
* Credible specialist in leadership and management development
Desirable Qualifications
* Level 3 or 5 qualification in ILM/CMI Leadership/management or coaching (or equivalent)
