We’re seeking a New Model Quality Graduate to join our New Model Quality team. As part of your role, you’ll be a valued member, instrumental in driving the quality of our vehicles to new heights.
About the role:
As our next New Model Quality Graduate, you will manage multiple conflicting tasks at any one-time. You’ll interpret high-level programme objectives to understand the tasks to be undertaken by the Quality teams and create plans to ensure deliverables are met. You will also work closely with the Quality Engineering teams to cascade vehicle programme requirements and obtain status updates. Working within this team you’ll be responsible for creating and managing Vehicle Inspection Standards and Evaluation Instructions to enable accurate assessment of vehicle build performance. You will also drive the implementation of lessons learned to ensure the robustness of new designs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead fixture build activities, with the responsibility of controlling the budget and liaising with other departments to meet all requirements.
What we’re looking for:
* Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
* BEng Engineering degree within any discipline
* Ability to work with others cross functionally and communicate well across all levels
* Any extracurricular activity that demonstrates working as a team.
