Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the daily operations of the Professional Services team.
- Oversee escalation requests for Hybrid Infrastructure and Modern Workplace projects.
- Provide line management for team members, supporting their growth and development.
- Assist in developing documentation for standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent utilisation.
- Support the Sales Team in delivering solution architecture for prospective customers.
- Meet with customers to build relationships and enhance engagement in project services.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to coordinate resources and resolve customer queries or issues.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a PS team within a MSP environment as either a manager or a lead consultant.
- Hands-on design and implementation skills in Hybrid Cloud technologies - Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, On-premises tech etc.
- Strong understanding of Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation for standards, policies, and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate resources effectively.
- A desire to remain hands-on as required.
- Ideally you will hold current Microsoft certifications aligned to Azure and/or M365.
