The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will take on a pivotal role, managing a varied portfolio of professional and project instructions. Working closely with private clients on commercial and industrial property portfolios, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality Building Surveying services while developing and maintaining key client relationships.
You will have the autonomy to lead projects from inception to completion, while also mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to the team's overall success.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
1. MRICS qualification (preferred)
2. Proven experience in a consultancy environment
3. Expertise in commercial and industrial property projects
4. Strong leadership and client relationship skills
5. Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
