Working from our Larkhill project office, you’ll be part of an experienced and supportive Commercial Team helping to deliver an exciting variety of Capital Projects. So, this means that you must have strong communications skills, and be able work well with others.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead on the commercial aspects for your projects from pre-construction activities through to agreement of final accounts. You will support the Commercial Team in the maintenance of robust cost and revenue forecast.
Other responsibilities of this role include:
1. Visit sites and carry out surveys as necessary to assist the Pre-construction Team in the preparation of schedules, specifications, and scopes of works
2. Liaise with the Procurement Team through the tender process and assist in the analysis of tender submissions and preparation of Joint Recommendations
3. Produce cost plans, estimates and formal client submissions for your projects
4. Provision of necessary information to Central Commercial and Finance Teams
5. Visit sites and carry out surveys as necessary to assess the progress of works to validate supply chain invoices and requests for payment
6. Review Supply Chain quotations and variations to ensure value for money
